  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

  1. Rinse the vermicelli in water and drain well.

  3. Add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, and channa dal.
  4. Fry for a few seconds, or until the seeds start to pop.
