    • ⅓ cup water for blending
    • 1 to 1.25 cups water to be added later, adjust to taste
    • 1 to 1.5 tablespoons boondi (fried tiny gram flour balls), optional

    • 1 cup mashed potatoes
    • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
    • 1/2 cup chopped onions
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons chaat masala powder
    • Salt to taste

    • 1 cup sooji (semolina)
    • 1 teaspoon oil
    • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:
