Ingredients:

  • 500 grams carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions – Gajar Ka Halwa:

  • Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
  • Add the grated carrots and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, or until the carrots are soft and tender.
  • Add the sugar and cook, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved and the halwa has thickened.

Tips – Gajar Ka Halwa:
