Baigan Bharta ek prakar ka bharta hai jo baigan, tamatar, pyaz aur masalon se banaya jata hai. yah ek bahut hi swadisht aur swadisht bharta hai jo roti, paratha ya naan ke sath khaya ja sakta hai.
Ingredients

- 1 pyaz
- 1/2 cup tamatar ki chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder

- 1/4 teaspoon dhania powder
- 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hing powder
- 1/4 teaspoon namak
- 1/4 cup oil
Directions to make baigan bharta
- baigan ko dho kar ek kadhai mein daal den.
- kadhai mein oil garam karen aur baingan ko ek taraf se 10-15 minute tak deep fry karen ya jab tak ki ve bhune nahin jaate.
- baigan ko kadhai se nikaal kar ek plate mein rakh den aur thanda hone den.
- baigan ko thanda hone per unke chhal ko nikal den aur unhen ek bowl mein crush kar den.
- tamatar ko dho kar ek chopper mein daal den aur achhi tarah se chop kar den.
- pyaz ko dho kar ek chopper mein daal den aur achhi tarah se chop kar den.
- ek pan mein oil garam karen aur pyaz ko dal den.
- pyaz ko 5-7 minute tak fry karen ya jab tak ki ve transparent nahin ho jaate.
- tamatar ko pyaz mein dal den aur 5-7 minute tak fry karen ya jab tak ki ve musht ho nahin jaate.
- masale ko pyaz aur tamatar mein dal den aur 1-2 minute tak fry karen.
- baigan ko masala ke sath dal den aur achhi tarah se milaen.
- baigan ko 5-7 minute tak fry karen ya jab tak ki vah ek sath nahin mil jaate.
- baigan ka bharta garam roti, paratha ya naan ke sath serve kiya ja sakta hai.
- Baigan ko deep fry karne ke bajay oven mein bhi bhauna ja sakta hai. isliye, baigan ko 400 degree F ke oven mein 20-25 minute tak bake den ya jab tak ki ve bhune nahin jaate.
- Agar aap baigan ka bharta ek din pahle bana rahe hain, to ise ek air-tight container mein rakh kar fridge mein rakh den. ise next day room temperature per pahle se garam karke serve kiya ja sakta hai.
