- June 4: Venus at Greatest Elongation East. Venus will reach its greatest elongation, which means it will be at its farthest point from the Sun in the evening sky. This is the best time to view Venus, as it will be very bright and high in the sky.
- June 7: Arietids Meteor Shower. The Arietids are a weak meteor shower that produces about 50 meteors per hour at its peak. The peak of the shower occurs on June 7, but you can see meteors from the shower from June 6-8.
- June 9: Moon and Saturn Conjunction. The Moon will pass near Saturn on June 9. This will be a good opportunity to see Saturn’s rings and moons.
- June 14: Moon and Jupiter Conjunction. The Moon will pass near Jupiter on June 14. This will be another good opportunity to see Jupiter’s moons.
- June 17: Saturn Stationary Retrograde. Saturn will stop in its orbit and begin to move backwards in the sky. This is a good time to observe Saturn’s rings and moons in detail.
